no, I'm not suggesting that, we've seen issues related to synchronization when EGL is not installed so I was wondering if that was your case
Can you share a text file with the error? I don't understand that language and I can't really copy content into a translator from an image
EOS Overlay doesn't work, it doesn't even install on my computer. And one more tip: if you can't translate the text in the image, use Google camera translation from your smartphone. By the way, the error is still present, which is on the first image, although the launcher version is already 2.9.1.
The issue with the EOS overlay is a known regression in 2.9.1, check this https://github.com/Heroic-Games-Launcher/HeroicGamesLauncher/issues/2916 (there's a workaround in that thread until a new heroic version is released)
The first image you are sharing is just showing the top part of the output, it has more content if you scroll down. I insist, can you copy the actual content and not take a screenshot? even if I use a translation tool you are not sharing the error (you are just sharing the top of the message). there's probably an actual failure reason at the bottom

option is not related to cloud saved:
Sync with installed Epic Games
means that if you have both Heroic and Epic installed, Heroic will get updated with you install games in Epic (and the other way around too I think)The message you see Sync Saves: Unsupported
is reported by Epic, there's nothing we can do about it. The game is not programmed to use Epic's cloud saves (though, some games may have their own cloud system, but we don't have that info to display)
So, just to clarify, when you talk about synchronization issues, you mean GAMES synchronization, or CLOUD SAVES synchronization?
