Problem description

Since Cloud Saves are not enabled by default, users may not realize that.

We could help users discover that with some extra information.

Feature description

When a user launches a game for the first time, if the game supports Cloud Saves warn the user about that and give them the opportunity to open the saves setting before running the game.

Alternatives

Show an icon like a red cloud with a cross on it for example in the library card, so users have some visual indication that the cloud saves are disabled

I think we should get cloud saves to the point where we can just enable them by default with no way to control the path
