Allow disabling comet in a per game basis

Problem description

Comet for GOG games works great for what I've seen, but some games may not work and refuse to start.

Feature description

Adding a toggle in game launcher settings to disable comet in the "other" tab

Alternatives

Add a button to play offline next to the play button

Great idea if you ask me, would fit snugly alongside mangohud, gamemode and the anticheat toggles.
