Only Divinity Orginal Sin 2 broken on Fedora KDE Wayland, all common workarounds and fixes tried, already approached Discord #3970

Describe the bug

If you install and try to play the game Divinity Original Sin 2: Definitive Edition normally via heroic on the latest version of Fedora KDE Wayland the game crashes after pressing play in the default launcher. This behaviour cannot be replicated outside the Heroic launcher using the launch command from the game's crash log, and the game will instead run normally

If you replace the prefix Heroic builds for the game with a prefix of the same name and path built using command line and default system wine, and switch the used executable to %DOS2 Game Folder%/DefEd/Bin/EoCApp.exe, the game starts to work, which indicates something is wrong with the way Heroic specifically builds the wine prefix for this game. Attached is the game's crash log when trying to play using a wine prefix that has the redistributables and runtimes automatically installed by heroic on first run.

Additional information

Occurs for both native and flatpak versions of Heroic launcher. This issue feels like it falls into the grey area between game issue and launcher issue to me, personally, and I am not entirely sure whether it is appropriate to make a github issue here. I have already sought out support on the Heroic Discord server.

My Nvidia drivers are probably broken

After Nvidia driver update to 560 this issue still occurs. I am not sure if this issue has the right title, but Divinity Original Sin 2 is the only game in my entire GOG library for which this issue occurs.
