Send commands to server console #4

Can you add support console command (or even server console commands) like say, mp_restartgame, changelevel etc.? This will be very convenient for compatibility with other plugins

Example: I created a grenade through another plugin (CS2Pracc) and to go to its position you need to write a long text in the chat. Using your plugin you can create your own command that will send text to the chat
