Glad this PR finally exists, after, what, four months. I'm not the best at naming things concisely, but hopefully that isn't a big problem.

Give names to a few script CC subroutines. 1C 11 is weird because its purpose in EarthBound is different from in Mother 2.
Label the table used to convert the cursor position in name entry windows to the correct character (thanks for labelling that sub, by the way). The value is added to the offset of the name entry screen script text (screen 0 text offset + 5 bytes = 'A', for example; better explanation here)
Add some info to the photographer config struct, and label where it's known
Add WRAM script registers to the RAM map
Add a few sub-label names for OPEN_MENU_BUTTON and DISPLAY_TEXT
