Exporting with transparent background uses incorrect codec #4

Checking the Transparent Background option forces the Video Codec to MPEG-2, which is incorrect. It's supposed to use QuickTime Animation. This was caused by an array index mismatch when v1.11 was released.

Possibly also investigate some different codecs that allow alpha.
