garbage notes #89

Whatever version of 0CC_Famitracker I use it plays some garbage midi sound paralell to the notes which is quiet annoying and causes lag on my pc when more channels are played. Also it was working till some time ago when it suddenly stopped working. Also when opening any file it will display an error about transmission to programm has failed.

dude, it's because you somehow enabled midi output in the settings
