Flot fails from IE7 when used inside WordPress 2.8

Hi,

I'm trying to use Flot from the admin section of WordPress 2.8, to display
statistics about my database.

I first tried to inject the exact same basic code as found in Flot's
examples/basic.html inside one of the WP admin page: while this works for
WordPress 2.7 and any FireFox, this fails from WordPress 2.8 and IE7.

I wish I could be more specific, but the JavaScript backtrace wasn't of
much help. 
What I can say is that the chart renders correctly but JavaScript stops
right after that. This wouldn't be such a problem if there were a lot more
scripts to execute after the chart, scripts that I can't move before the
Flot call.

This fails for Flot 0.5 and trunk.

Here is a demo: I "Saved As" from IE7 and added the Flot basic example.
Try to open it with FireFox (no error), and IE7 (error).

I suspect this is a combination of Flot's code and some other JavaScrip
code being loaded, but there isn't much here, beside jQuery, hoverIntent
and jquery.color.

Sorry, that link wasn't properly working. Just fixed it.
Again, it's just a paged saved from a local WP install then moved online, not a 
full
WP install.

Hm, you could try the latest SVN version. It's got a fix for IE8 that also 
fixes a
problem that sometimes occurs for IE7.
