SOAP API #10

It'd be great if this library also provided a SOAP API to allow other clients to perform addition operations on arbitrary datasets. I haven't thought a whole lot about the namespaces for this, but I'd push for a fully descriptive WSDL to make this as easy as possible to integrate with other enterprise-class solutions.

I'm currently working on a patch. I hope I can offer a cloud based SaaS product. :)
