Add Concatenation #42

Since it is too complex to concatenate strings, can we get a more simple way to concatenate added to this library?

Despite the fact there is a real need for a good library in the field of string concatenation, I'm afraid this is not exactly the purpose of SimplePHPEasyPlus.
