Add WandB and Optuna support for experiment tracking and hyperparameter tuning. #9

It would be very nice if we had an easy way to track the experiments being done by both me and @LamNguyenNN. I propose we use WandB for this, since that will allow everyone to look at how things are going and see what configurations were used to run various experiments.

Tracking the amount of info we want to track using WandB is somewhat expensive : ( I think that we should just store things locally, despite my earlier aspirations.
