Compilation and Shell Scripts

Write a compilation script (Makefile) which does the following:

• [x] Compiles the code
• [x] Runs automated unit tests
• Runs with one of several example inputs
• [x] Implement argparser
• [x] Asks if user would like to add bin to $PATH

Shell scripts:

• Script to autoformat fortran code to our standard
