Add some fields validation from my5G-RANTester + support for Identity Request (SUCI) and send ConfigurationUpdateComplete after a ConfigurationUpdateCommand + fix deadlock when stopping PacketRusher with CTRL-C. + fix of PDUSessionRessourceReleaseResponse.
