Change kilobytes_* to *_kilobytes #77

@roclark Now I have the question again...do we need to prefix some identifier for these metrics? Or are these names now adequate?

Hmm... some do seem a little bare... but do you have some examples on how they can be changed?

@roclark Not really. I had thrown around prepending them all with 'pool_' but I don't think that helps much.
