In CentOS 8 missing library (libnetsnmp.so.31) #10

In CentOS 8 there is missing library:

rpm -i nagios-plugins-hpeilo-1.5.1-156.4.rhel7.x86_64.rpm

error: Failed dependencies: libnetsnmp.so.31()(64bit) is needed by nagios-plugins-hpeilo-1.5.1-156.4.rhel7.x86_64

The problem is CentOS 8 comes with libnetsnmp.so.35
