Switch to MIT license and remove some redundant whitespace.

Yes, many thanks for getting this done! @GavinB-hpe - any chance you could also push a tag with this change? Would simplify packaging immensely :)

+1 on a tag, I've just submitted a bug in Debian to get netperf moved out of non-free ASAP, but a simple release tag would speed this up for sure!
