Fix uri_parsing for Image Streamer resources #130

Description

Changes the uri_parsing method, adding special assignment when the key is:
1. osDeploymentPlanUri (recently added on the ruby-sdk)
2. oeBuildPlanURI
3. osVolumeURI
Increases the unit testing coverage
