Adding support for the API300 Synergy and C7000 variants to the Oneview_firmware_bundle and Oneview_firmware_driver resources

Description

Extends support for the API300 Synergy and C7000 variants to the Oneview_firmware_bundle and Oneview_firmware_driver providers.
