Tellstick.conf parser #57

Could it be within this modules scope to include a tellstick.conf parser? I started to look in to what the options are, there are quite many ini/config parsers in the mpm-registry but none seems to understand the tellstick.conf rather strange syntax.

I then started to write my own but that project stalled after a few minutes... :)

I can't find a reason not to include it. So if you ever finish it, I'd be glad to merge it in :)

That's good to know. I published my first hour of work over here: https://github.com/jdagerot/tellstick.conf-parser-node

Today it's very hardoced to the only tellstick.conf i'm aware of, but that can be changed ofcourse.
