[Feature] Add Group-Chats #476

Proposed Feature Description:

GroupChats. A feature for players to privately message eachother in a group while still being a part of the main channel.

Proposed Feature Functionality:

GroupChats. On my server, I want to have it where all players are all in the same main channel, but if they decide, they can also create groupchats where they can message privately eachother as a group with the /g command without having to switch channels. It would also be good if a groupchat message came with a configurable sound notification and if I was able to tweak the look of a groupchat message so that it is distinguished from a normal chat message (so that players know whether their friend spoke to them in main-chat or group-chat).
