Describe the bug Left clicks are not being registered on NPCs.

Expected behavior To run CMD/change velocity server. (right click works properly)

I can replicate this issue on:

Citizens 3399 Spigot 1.20.4 CitizensCMD 2.7.0 Client java 1.20.4 fabric Java 17
