hi,

this might not be an issue, but i need help, i want an player to random teleport (rtp plugin) to another world with an npc and ive tried to find it on google, but i cant seem to figure it on my own

Look at https://github.com/HexedHero/CitizensCMD/wiki/Commands-&-Permissions#add and add your plugins command to an NPC.
