Not technically possible under the current setup (societies cannot overlap). Will be a possible outcome of Cult/Hunter interactions under the new setup, though Cults will almost certainly be non-player positions at first. (Neferata might sneak in as a playable Cultic character in this update, but there's no chance for Chaos Cults.)

Describe the feature/solution you'd like It would be interesting and deliciously wicked for the cultists to infiltrate Witch Hunters to further their cults' goals, to protect their cults from being uncovered, or maybe to force the unsuspecting Witch Hunters to pursue the false leads. Or some of the Witch Hunters can fall prey to the Ruinous Powers.
Additional context I think that only Brave and Deceitful cultists should be able to mess with Witch Hunters in such a way. As for the Witch Hunters themselves, everyone but maybe Honest or Just one could be corruptible.
