[Feature Request] Prime Natives Support #56

Add support for Prime Natives Plugin: https://github.com/SomethingFromSomewhere/Prime-Natives

This plugin has a TAG option, it forces TAG on players that do not have Prime Status, currently with HexTags it even shows, but it always fades, I believe that because HexTags is forcing TAGS on players.
