Console and Log File Spam after CSGO and Sourcemod update on 23.06.2022

Describe the bug same issue as #84 i.e spamming every second and generates mbs of log files [hextags.smx] American High Schooler<76><STEAM_1:1:115888491><> was changed by an external plugin, forcing him back to the HexTags' default one! additionally scoreboard tags keeps flashing between players original tag and hextags cfg.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Install the plugin
Check console and server log where it spams the log

To Fix Write it you have found a workaround to temporary fix this.

Expected behavior Plugin should show the tags in scoreboard without flashing and spamming console and log file.
