Description

I want this application to look more classic themed by default. This default look is what the code change resolving this issue should implement.
The option to change the theme should also be implemented in order to give the editor a more modern appearance.

I have already implemented a more classic, yet professional appearance in another branch, but I am also going to give the user the ability to change the theme of the Dockpanel component.
