Since this is a powerful way to add decorative lights to Minecraft, it would be nice if it came with an associated cost, so that people can't just go running around spamming light sources when it is enabled. It would be nice to just assign a variable amount of glowstone dust (which can be configured in the config file) that it costs in order to install a light, eg:
