What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. any time trying to start the application with or with out phone connected

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 application launch but  this problem happens instead
AMDeviceNotificationSubscribe faild error 402653180

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.93  windows 7 64bit
Please provide any additional information below.
  no other program will work either maybe its because i have 64 bit windows i am not sure..

I got this resolved by starting Apple phone services, .net framework installed 
and plus itunes/quicktime installed.
