commented out cordova.js -- 404 errors in console #191

The file doesn't exist for some reason and is still being called in index.html

also gives 500 errors on a live site, not sure if this is some other issue.

We use Cordova for the app version; I think it's okay for it to error out for now (although you're right that we could remove this import).
