Firmware 4.19.102 causes RPI camera to distort on RPI4B #215

I have found that the 4.19.102 version causes the RPI camera to display distorted video on the RPI4B. the camera works fine on the 3B, Have not tested on 3B+.

Edit: Reverting to 4.19.97 does correct issue.

Also explain what commands you are running when you see the distorted image?
