Skip check partition #282

This allows to skip the partition size check when installing PI4 files. I've also took the chance to update the README file.

@volumio have you looked into if the wanted functionality is already implemented by #283 ? Can this PR be 'revoked'/rejected?

Yes, it can be closed although there's still no mention in this flag in the readme (my PR had documentation update also). I would suggest adding to readme this flag
