Add ItemSwapper #158

add the item swapper, adding the mod allows for items to be swapped in and out of shulker boxes, very useful for building! Additonally with the use of the custom itemswap system trinkets can be quickly exchanged in and out of the hotbar

Seems like a good inclusion to me. Doesn't support modded inventories, which isn't that big an issue considering the lack of such (Besides the Supplementaries Sack).
