Random quality of the streaming moderation. How can we ensure high quality for important demos #11

We are currently experiencing laggy performance where oftentimes we only get audio but no videostreaming. How can we influence the quality to secure upcoming live demos.

I get excellent quality for video, but some longer delay on video generation and I get terrible sound quality : some parts missing (really short ones)
