Radeon 5450 on Rockchip 3588 #4

Built a fresh Armbian Edge 6.8.4 and included Radeon, AMDGPU, and Nouveau in the kernel configuration, and added an extra patch with the one from @mariobalanica as mentioned here: https://github.com/HeyMeco/Rockchip-pcie-devices/blob/main/RK3588/_cards_gpu/Nvidia_RTX-3090-Founders-Edition.md#the-pcie-patch-for-mainline-that-brought-us-so-far

Using an ASUS Radeon 5450, I get the following error:
