Combine this plugin and Amazon Post Purchase

The two plugins operate on basically the same data. They should be collapsed with more robust functionality

• Combine this plugin and Amazon Post Purchase plugin into singular plugin.
• Can we change the plugin slug? Does this require a new SVN repo?
• Can we collapse the ASIN management into a singular pool of ASINs for display
• Can we implement search in POST creation to speed ASIN collection?
• Can we introduce a "bookstore" page (Pinterest-style) for multiple products?

Lots to unpack here and I think this is about 4 different issues. I will break apart and close this one when those replacements are created.

In digging into this further, I don't think any of these are good ideas (with the possible exception of bookstore page).

Closing as won't fix and will revisit if better ideas come along.
