Build into the plugin a monetization model where editors can lock down access to content based upon some controlled params ('n' free per week/month/year - then cost per access)

Need to build into this the ability for consumers to earn credits to offset charges - or to flat out buy access.

Start with Pif - how do we monetize that content?

Dependent upon having Stripe integration - which is being driven by charging reading fees.

Requirements:

[ ] must display 1st paragraph in clear
[ ] must not be toggleable via javascript
[ ] must hide remaining content behind paywal

Paywall will offer 3 tiers of access:

[ ] share with friends via Facebook
[ ] link to shop on Amazon
[ ] link to donate to non-profit
