Feature Request: Allow for teams + team level development of apps #108

As a developer I want to be able to co-author an app in Puter.

This may be achievable via teams.

I can create, view, join, leave, delete teams. I can manage the team members and control their access ( admin, viewer, editor, beta tester ) I can publish an app via a team. I can see other teams. Users must have an account on puter to be able to join a team.

This could be done when ACL is in GA. So it's basically user groups etc, but applied to apps. Useful!

We have group permissions now. Getting closer ✌️
