Add Window Grouping with Tabs (similar to Groupy)

I'd like to start by expressing my gratitude, to the contributors and developers of Puter, for your incredible efforts in creating such an innovative and powerful platform. I have several improvement suggestions that I will be sharing in the next time.

With this proposal I want to suggest a feature for window grouping with tabs, similar to the functionality provided by Groupy for Windows.

Details

This feature would allow users to organize multiple windows into a single window with tabs, enhancing usability and workspace organization on Puter. The implementation would extend the current desktop environment's capabilities to support draggable tabs for grouping windows, with the ability to reorder tabs and manage them seamlessly.

Potential Future Enhancements

• Custom Grouping Profiles: Allow users to save and restore specific window groups and arrangements.
• Advanced Group Management: Introduce rules and triggers for automatic window grouping based on user-defined criteria.
• Configuration Options: Provide settings that allow users to customize the behavior of tabs, such as enabling/disabling tabs per window or globally, and configuring the forementioned features.

KDE has this too, and I used the heck out of that feature before switching to i3. This idea absolutely has my approval and I suspect @jelveh and @AtkinsSJ are on board as well but we need to prioritize - it might be a few weeks before any of us can take this on but if somebody submits a proof-of-concept in the meantime I'll make time to help polish it up.
