1. Open terminal 2..Type these symbols in the terminal."üóőúéáűí" 3.Press the up arrow 4.Press the down arrow 5.Delete the terminal's prompt

I can confirm this happens when running in the native terminal too. It's very likely to be an issue in Phoenix, our shell.
