Add Feature for Direct File Download in Puter Account

This feature would enable users to input a public download URL and designate a folder or file path within their Puter account. Upon submission, Puter would initiate the download and store the file at the specified location, without requiring the user to download the file locally first.

Thank you very much for the suggestion. We did in fact have this feature but disabled it due to security concerns :/ We'll bring it back at some point!
