Replace all XHTML "/>" with HTML ">" #144

Replaced all instances of XHTML-style />, />, and \/> with HTML-style >

I simply cloned the main repo and did sum quick 'n' dirty find & replace, so I haven't tested this exact repo, but I did do the same thing on my own test instance (pre-newconfig update) and it worked just fine

A couple of />s were part of URLs, so those were left alone

Note that this isn't my "overhaul", this is just one very small part that will make it easier for me to compare new changes ^^;
