Bonus points if configuring an /all/ can be done without a server-side proxy hax

I'm fine with it being something liek koko.php?mode=overboard or koko.php?mode=all if making it /all/ is too hacky or annoying to implement. The main thing for me is to get it using the existing koko configs instead of its own options, and to use the existing koko templates
