Closes #48
Adds a [DM] button for janitors that deletes the post and mutes the poster. The mute duration and reason can be configured in mod_admindel.php. The poster's IP is also not revealed anywhere, since janitors cannot see them.
Tested with PHP 7.4, MariaDB
