Regarding issue #47. With pretty much 0 documentation i wasn't able to properly implement it as a checkbox, so now it works by typing "flag" in the email field.
New config.php variable - FLAG_MODE (1 = hide flags on posts with "flag" in email field, 2 = show flags on posts with "flag" in email field)
On top of that i also moved the JANIMUTE_LENGTH and JANIMUTE_REASON variables from my previous pull request to config.php for easier access.
