Ability for moderators to undo recent post deletions #74

Sometimes things get deleted that shouldn't have been. Needs moar undo.

Could appear to moderators as a page with a list of deleted posts (á la 4chan's archive pages) with buttons to restore posts and/or checkboxes and a single restore button.

Deleted posts would need to be stored temporarily somewhere in order to be restored (á la Windows recycle bin).

Would need:

a place where deleted posts are stored
to support both OPs and replies
to restore replies when an OP is restored
an option for permanent deletion (to prevent storage and restoration of illegal material)
automatic purging of posts older than X period of time

Possible hax/shortcut: deleted posts/threads get moved to a hidden board where they remain until enough deleted posts are made to knock the older ones off the index.
