not tested, but rlly do i need to lol. line 14 already has this line. it is used to tell the browser to not cache data so it pulls the most new data.

since can be shows on a static html page. a future optimization is not have that on static pages to have less get request

This feature was there for the reason that imageboards are constantly updating, and its pointless to make the imageboards cache data which will be gone in a short amount of time. It also prevents the boards from messing up a sites SEO.

maybe i was a little drunk when writing that pull but that cache line is is there twice. i remove the one that is by its self and left the one that is next to the other tags that talk about cache
