Different Plugin Versions: jquery.bgiframe.js = 1.2.2 but jquery.bgiframe.min.js = 1.2.1 #189

The minimized version of jquery.bgiframe.js differs from the standard version. 
In Wicket development mode we get BGIFrame 1.2.2 but in production mode, when 
the min-version is pulled we get BGIFrame 1.2.1 which does not work in IE9.

Just look in the headers of these files. 

We are using WiQuery 1.2.3.

as you might probably have seen, the plugins have all been updated some time 
ago. problem solved.
