file jquery.ui.datepicker-de.js

is      prevText: '&#x3c;zurück',
        nextText: 'Vor&#x3e;'

should be   prevText: '&#x3c;zurück',
        nextText: 'vor&#x3e;'

to have consistent use of non capital letters

please report this with jquery so it will be fixed in all versions
