Let's add a .gitignore that removed the Pods and Podfile.lock from the repo. What do you think?

The .gitignore already ignores the Pods folder and the Podfile.lock should not be ignored IMO.

I also think Podfile.lock shouldn't be ignored, specially now that we're removing the Pods folder
